We heard a number of people say how much they liked our last Project Ideas post on a Filepicker.io and Pixlr mashup, so we’ve got another idea for you:
Print Photos Directly from the Cloud
We at Filepicker.io now actually have most of our personal photos uploaded to the cloud, between Flickr, Facebook, Picasa, stuck in our email attachments, etc. Because Filepicker.io allows people to work with all this content in applications, it would be really useful if someone hooked it up to a photo printing service, so that in a few quick steps I could take these photos, get the professionally printed, and maybe even send them off to my family!
I don’t know about you guys, but I think this would be really cool, and would definitely pay money for a service like this. Let us know if you feel inspired and make this, as we’d love to put something like this in our app gallery.
