We are in the middle of a global pandemic and it is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities in a very significant way. During this unprecedented situation, I wanted to update you on how we are approaching this situation at Filestack.

For all those who have been impacted by the virus, our thoughts are with you and we wish you a quick and full recovery. 

The health and well-being of our customers, staff, partners, and communities are of the utmost importance. We have taken measures to address the rapidly evolving situation.  

There will be no disruption to Filestack services. We have multiple offices around the globe and have taken the steps to have all our employees work from home. Filestack has a long-established policy for our distributed team, which means all of our team members are fully equipped to work remotely. 

Our infrastructure is architected for scalability, robustness, and performance during large scale spikes in usage and we are ready to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. As one example, schools are rapidly adopting online methods of education and instruction, and our customers in EdTech are already seeing a tremendous increase in their usage with no negative impact on performance.

Our global team is also standing by to provide service for clients in all timezones. The entire staff of Filestack is here to support you and are laser-focused on your success.
